H hardware And Complex Multi-Team Project Delivery
* We are looking for a skilled program manager to develop and maintain detailed project execution plans for hardware products (payloads, accessories) including engineering, external contractors, supply chain dependencies, and QA validation.
* The successful candidate will manage complex 6+ month projects requiring coordination across Robotics, Data Processing, Data Platforms, and Hardware teams.
This includes establishing integration roadmaps to ensure seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams. The right person in this position will proactively identify risks and bottlenecks while implementing mitigation strategies through clear communication with all stakeholders involved.
* This also involves ensuring complete documentation is available at all times during the handover process from engineering-to-QA phases where QA representatives receive the documents clearly stating acceptance criteria along coordinated timelines.
* Additionally they coordinate multi-team release processes by aligning Engineering Managers, Product Management, Program Management on integrated releases ensuring alignment throughout entire product lifecycle without any interruption caused due their efforts towards end goals set forth prior stages initial start date when respective components start undergoing final tests given limitations discovered full implementation regarding key aspects required reaching completion based off requirements outlined within current iteration yet considering adapting needs subsequent follow-up cycles potentially leading achievement near similar efficiency desired range operational settings geared proactive approach currently necessitating shifting mindset instead following predictable patterns which hinder progression
