They provide mission-critical technology solutions to support operational and business systems nationwide. The Role We're looking for a Systems Administrator to join the IT team in Brisbane. This is a hands-on role supporting servers, networks, and virtualisation platforms. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining systems, and assisting with IT projects. Occasional interstate travel may be required. Key Responsibilities Maintain and support Windows Server and Linux systems. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices (Cisco, Fortinet). Work with virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar). Monitor systems and perform proactive maintenance. Respond to support tickets and resolve technical issues. Document work, system configurations, and procedures. Assist with IT projects and deployments. Participate in occasional on-call support. What You'll Need Strong experience with Windows and Linux administration. Understanding of network fundamentals : VLANs, routing, VPNs, IP addressing. Hands-on experience with network devices. Experience in a ticket-based support environment. Good troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. Nice to Have Experience with virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
