The Opportunity
Based in Darwin, NT, the purpose of the Administration & Customer Service Officer role is to contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality support in the functions of administrative duties and dealing professionally with our customers.
* Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites in a timely manner
* Assist customers over the phone, and via email in a friendly and professional manner.
* Deliver excellent customer service to allocated contracts and sites.
* Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
* Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies.
About You
Our ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, varied, role where no two days are the same. Waste industry experience is highly regarded, but if you have first-class customer service skills, maybe in a contact centre environment, and can deal efficiently and professionally with a fast-moving caseload we'd love to hear from you.
* Sound knowledge of Saleforce
* Intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite of products
* Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
