As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing internal recruitment and onboarding processes. This involves supporting the People & Culture Team with HR administrative tasks, fostering a positive and respectful work environment, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
About the Role:
* Develop and implement effective internal recruitment and onboarding strategies
* Collaborate with the People & Culture Team to provide exceptional support to new employees
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and external partners
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies
Your Qualifications:
* Proven experience in recruitment or people and culture teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to build and maintain professional relationships
* Effective time management and deadline meeting skills
