This specialised program provides fully funded training, security licensing, and a clear career pathway to become a Security Officer within Wilson Security. The program provides the opportunity for ADF veterans to obtain a fully funded Certificate II in Security Operations and guaranteed employment, either full or permanent part-time, provided they successfully complete the training and other employment conditions. The program provides training through a recognised RTO, financial support to obtain their security licence, and formal mentoring from veterans already employed within Wilson to assist participants in their transition to civilian life and a career in the Security Industry.
