Your new role
As the Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with a range of stakeholders to improve system capability, support business operations, and contribute to digital and process improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Gathering and documenting business requirements across various departments
* Supporting system enhancements, configuration changes, and upgrades
* Coordinating with internal teams to resolve system issues
* Assisting with documentation and implementation of system changes

You will bring proven experience in a business analysis or systems-focused role, with strengths in communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement.
Key requirements include:
* Experience in business analysis and process documentation
