Director of Corporate Services
We are seeking a visionary leader to join our executive team and drive corporate services strategy, workforce, and culture.
* This role involves leading people and culture strategy, driving strategic planning, business development, and policy innovation, as well as supporting governance, compliance, and financial sustainability.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong governance, workforce, and compliance background, with 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership or executive role, ideally in the NGO/community or health sectors.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required, along with exceptional communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence skills.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead people and culture strategy, including HR, WHS, IR, and workforce wellbeing initiatives.
* Develop and implement strategic plans, business development strategies, and policy innovations that drive growth and improvement.
* Support governance, compliance, and financial sustainability efforts, ensuring our organisation remains viable and effective.
* Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, income streams, and reputation through external engagement and partnerships.
* Represent our organisation externally and contribute to sector thought leadership, sharing your expertise and insights with others.
