The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessing patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, and ensuring that nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner. This includes providing individualized nursing care and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
We require a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess a Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, and have a minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience. A Registered Nurse (RN) license is also required.
This role involves standing frequently, walking frequently, sitting occasionally, lifting frequently 35lbs+ with an assisted device, carrying frequently 20-35lbs, pushing occasionally, pulling occasionally, climbing rarely, balancing frequently, stooping occasionally, kneeling occasionally, crouching occasionally, crawling rarely, reaching frequently, gross manipulation handling frequently, fine manipulation fingering frequently, feeling constantly, foot use rarely, vision far constantly, vision near constantly, talking constantly, and hearing constantly.
