Your New Role The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following: Controlling safe and accurate receipt of goods into and out of our warehouse Controlling the entry of warehousing data into Insight and monitoring Insight dashboard status Managing line item check process to comply with customer KPIs and operational deadlines Supervising and organizing safe packing of Cargo, Airline Pallets, Containers and Flat Racks Communicating with BNE Operations staff on a regular basis Monitoring stock control and reporting weekly on all goods held in warehouse and yard Ensuring housekeeping standards are met Overseeing planned maintenance of vehicles and equipment Monitoring performance of warehouse employees’ Supporting the development and distribution of safe operating procedures Coordinating QHSE and business strategy outcomes in the warehouse What you will need to succeed Minimum 5 year’s experience Previous management experience with a strong ability to drive, develop and motivate team members Experience influencing and engaging key figures in client organizations Current unrestricted drivers license Forklift high risk ticket Aviation security awareness Manual handling awareness Advanced negotiation and relationship skills Positive and professional attitude Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite High attention to detail and strong planning and organizing skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your resume, or call Thomas Hunter now at 0437 537 710.
