We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the clinical and administrative operations of a health service, ensuring excellence in integrated care.
The ideal candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians, allied health workers, and support staff. They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of the centre service model, as well as managing operational systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians, allied health workers, and support staff.
* Implement and maintain all aspects of the centre service model.
* Manage operational systems, including resource allocation.
* Provide direct services to young people and deliver youth-friendly mental health services.
Requirements
Candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
* Degree level qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or other related health discipline.
* Proven experience in leading complex planning and service development environments.
* State Working with Children Check.
* Open driver licence.
