Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the pivotal role of Technical Implementation Specialist, ensuring the successful implementation of our Sy-Klone product across Australia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the planning, design, and installation processes to guarantee that the product meets specified requirements and functions optimally.

* This includes taking full ownership of projects related to Sy-Klone product implementation, overseeing every phase from initiation to completion, and leading the project delivery team to ensure timely and successful execution.
* The selected individual will also provide technical support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle, understanding the technical specifications of Sy-Klone products and offering guidance to address any technical challenges that may arise during planning, design, or installation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading the creation, review, and submittal of technical support documentation and updates, assisting in customer training on system applications, and developing and implementing enhancements and revisions to meet client needs.
2. Managing projects and tasks with required reporting, researching and updating recommendations for product and system improvements, overseeing system design in collaboration with the drafting team, and providing consultation on planning, including schedules and labor requirements.
3. Leading field operations for installation and troubleshooting, aligning with the sales team, acting as the lead engineer for product delivery and solution support, coordinating with the Sy-Klone project team and supporting branches, and taking ownership of service request coordination.
4. Participating in marketing events and engaging in internal training activities.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A graduate degree or relevant experience in engineering or technology (desirable)
* Commercial or heavy machine HVAC experience
* Exceptional time management
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in report preparation and presentation
* A high level of IT literacy, and proficiency using MS Access and MS Project.
