Job Overview
* Review, assess and negotiate contracts (AS4122 and bespoke construction contracts) with project managers, external legal advisors and internal management teams.
* Work collaboratively with a team of over 120 staff across Australia to support their national portfolio responsibilities.
* Report directly to the WA Regional Manager who will provide guidance and support to help you settle into the role.
* Contribute to commercial success by advising on terms and conditions and risk profiles across contracts.
About Your Qualifications
* Proven experience in contracts management, review and negotiation in the construction and engineering sectors.
* Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business Administration, Contracts Administration or similar fields.
* Experience in large-scale infrastructure and consultancy projects is beneficial.
