Leading a team of 2, we are looking for a hands-on Demand Planning Lead to drive commercial and operational performance across the ANZ region by shaping accurate demand outlook and alignment with key stakeholders. This role will own the demand cycle for our BioCeuticals range, facilitate the IBP process, as well as coaching, mentoring and building capability within the team.
This role is a result of an internal move and is being offered as a 2 year fixed-term contract, based in either Warriewood or Surry Hills.

Responsibilities include:
Lead and develop a team of demand planners enduring adherence to the 4-week cycle standardised expectations.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, supply and innovation to generate an unconstrained consensus demand plan driven by statistical modelling and consumer/market insights.
Play an active role in the implementation and continuous improvement of the IBP process, focusing on the Demand Stream key areas, inputs, and processes to remain above Maturity level +3.
Lead development, and preparation across the Demand stream, working closely with Demand Planners, key stakeholders and IBP team.
Lead Demand Planning process, reporting improvement and system compliance across Blackmores teams
Lead implementation and ongoing training and maintenance of Demand planning System for your team.
Provide coaching and development across Demand Planning reports through 1:1 and WIP forums.
Drive a focus on increasing demand planning expertise and capability across the business, via education, training, and coaching.
Who are you?
A Demand Planning Manager or capable Senior Demand Planner who is ready to step up into their first leadership role
Grocery FMCG background, who can collaborate with Blackmores grocery teams
Strong demand and IBP experience
Excellent communication skills, highly engaging who can lead and coach 2 direct reports.
