Job Description
As a customer service professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes.
You will also be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients, as well as providing administrative support to our clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists). This includes efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox, billing clients correctly, and taking a range of payments.
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles, possess excellent communication and active listening skills, and be able to work autonomously and effectively within a team.

This is a permanent part-time position (3 days / 22.8 hours per week), with working hours scheduled between Wednesday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. We're looking for someone with the flexibility to increase hours as needed, such as for leave coverage.
