About The Role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality occupational rehabilitation services to our employer and insurer partners, helping individuals return to work and rebuild their confidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload and collaborate with key stakeholders
* Conduct face‐to‐face and remote assessments
* Deliver wellness programs and pre‐employment assessments
* Attend case conferences and client meetingsProvide single services, assessments, and mental health programs
* Work collaboratively on joint cases within a multidisciplinary team
* Contribute to larger projects such as injury prevention initiatives and job dictionary development
* Job seeking education and job seeking sessions for new employer
About You
You're a Rehabilitation Consultant (Rehab Counsellor, Prov. Psych, Registered Psych or OT, Physio, EP) who thrives on making a difference. You're a confident communicator, enjoy building strong relationships, and are motivated by helping people get back on track.
You Will Bring

* Experience in occupational rehabilitation (highly regarded but not essential if otherwise stated)
* Strong relationship‐building skills with clients, employers, and insurers
* Current registration with (AHPRA / ESSA / ASORC)
