HOBAN has partnered with Caterpillar, a globally renowned brand known for the manufacturing and supply of construction machinery and equipment. We have immediate starts available for experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join their Distribution Centre in Yatala.
Position Details:
* Shift:6:15am - 2:21pm
* Schedule:Monday to Friday operation
* Pay Rate: $36ph day shift
Key Responsibilities:
* Forklift Reach Driving:Operate high reach forklifts to move and organise stock within the warehouse.
* Pick Packing - Manual:Accurately pick and pack orders manually, ensuring all items are correctly labelled and ready for dispatch.
* General Warehouse Duties: Assist with various tasks around the warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks, organising inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
* Adhoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the warehouse.
Skills & Experience:
* Forklift Licence with High Reach Experience:Mandatory requirement for this role.
* Pre-Employment Checks:Willingness to complete a drug and alcohol test and police check prior to commencement.
* Driver's Licence and Reliable Transport: Essential due to the lack of public transport access to the site.
* Pick Packing Experience: Previous experience in pick packing is essential.
* RF Scanning Experience: Beneficial but not essential.
* Reliability & Punctuality: Must be dependable and able to maintain a consistent attendance record.
* Numerical Skills: Excellent numerical skills are required for accurate order picking and inventory management.
