Are you an experienced healthcare recruiter or Practice Manager looking for a new challenge?
Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced healthcare recruiter or primary care professional to join the DXC Medical team in Melbourne.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Owner and working in a home-based role, you will work alongside a well-established Principal consultant and be responsible for building on an established portfolio of clients, candidates and placements, driving the continued growth through targeted business development in both Victoria and Tasmania.
Victoria is the largest GP market in Australia and we are currently working on more than 220 live GP vacancies across the state, with all leading corporate providers of primary care.
Key responsibilities will include :
* Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of high-quality doctors
* Develop strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders
* Design and execute targeted candidate attraction campaigns
* Provide a personal, proactive and quality service to GPs and clients
* Develop an in-depth understanding of the primary care sector
To succeed in this role, you will have :
* Proven background in healthcare recruitment / practice management
* Genuine passion and interest in the healthcare sector
* High level of motivation and ability to work from a home office
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and build rapport
