Are you a proactive and client-focused professional ready to assist the team with the management of a dynamic property portfolio while delivering exceptional service? We are actively looking for a Client Experience Assistant to join our team, who is dedicated to fostering long-term relationships with both clients and tenants.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role centres on delivering high-value service to clients and tenants by aligning with the broader business vision and maintaining a consultative, proactive approach. It involves strategic problem-solving, relationship building with stakeholders and partners, as well as contributing to internal projects and initiatives.
Success in the position will also be tied to meeting operational standards, including compliance with internal policies and helping the team achieve key performance benchmarks. Overall, it's a dynamic role that blends advisory expertise, teamwork, and a passion for continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Leasing: Oversee rental payments and address arrears swiftly, with clear, lawful communication and thorough updates to clients and management.
* Routine Inspections: Assist the Client Experience Executive to conduct timely property inspections in line with procedures and legislation, document condition with photos and notes, and finalise reports promptly for client access.
* Entry & Exit Reports: Assist the Client Experience Executive to complete detailed entry and exit inspections to bond refunds and property upkeep, ensuring all actions are documented and compliant.
* Assist the Client Experience Executive to manage the rental portfolio and the further associated tasks as required.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate is a high-level communicator who is customer-centric and proactive, as well as hold:
* Experience: Hold relevant experience within the residential building operations, by-laws and basic facilities management. Proficiency and knowledge in using property management software is beneficial but not essential.
* Exceptional Customer Service: A solutions-focused professional who cares for residents and is committed to delivering outstanding service.
* Strong Communication: Clear, professional, and confident in both verbal and written communication, including formal notices.
* Excellent Organisation: Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
