What you'll be doing:
* Reviewing and updating risk assessments (retail, transport, office ergonomics, psychosocial risks, etc.)
* Supporting the development and improvement of EHS procedures and documentation
* Helping us stay compliant with WHS legislation and keeping our policies sharp and relevant
* Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to make safety a shared priority
* Rolling up your sleeves for general EHS duties and projects as they arise
What we're looking for:
* CertIV in OHS (or similar qualification)
* 2+ years' experience in an EHS role
* Solid understanding of WHS legislation (QLD/NSW) and risk assessment principles
* Confident communicator who can build rapport with people at all levels
* Detail‐oriented and tech‐savvy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Organised, self‐motivated, and able to work independently
