Your Opportunity: A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Professional to join our team in Melbourne, managing our Peripheral Vascular Device portfolio for Victoria and Tasmania. This is an extremely exciting area of our business, with new product introductions, this role has huge potential, and offers you the opportunity to make a strategic impact on the overall success of our IGT-D business in ANZ. Well known for your sales ability within the Peripheral Vascular Interventional Medical Device sector and exceptional customer and stakeholder management skills, you will be tasked with servicing current customers and expanding Philips’ market share within your territory. Key Responsibilities will include: Achieving and growing sales in assigned territories and assisting in advancing revenue and market position consistent with company goals; Achieving solid account penetration, manage and grow new and existing accounts; Developing and managing key customer relationships. including Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, allied staff and hospital management Introduce and launch new products into the market Deliver clinical, technical and sales support to customers; Developing and executing professional education workshops/events for new and experienced customers. Your Team You will report to the Segment Leader, and work alongside an experienced and enthusiastic team, committed to providing the very best service to our organization and our customers. More broadly you will be working as part of the Philips Healthcare team, and have daily interactions with internal stakeholders from across the business. We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Minimum 3 years of Sales / Business Development experience within the Peripheral Vascular Interventional Medical Device Industry Extensive experience, clinical and sales, within the Peripheral Vascular and Interventional Radiology and exposure to working within the clinical environment Motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Ability to network and collaborate across a complex matrix organisation, build strong relationships and operate in a team Creative and innovative thinker who is action orientated and results focused and leads by example Our Offer A career with Philips Healthcare affords you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of real people by succeeding at real challenges.
