**About the role**
An opportunity for a extremely organised individual with energy and ability to use your experience in an Office Management role to thrive with this organisation. Coordinate the administration function for sales, manufacturing, and coordination of technicians.
Working among a vibrant and friendly team, your role will involve the following:
- Manage customer service, sales, purchasing teams
- Processing orders with high attention to detail
- Managing reconciliations and general month-end reconciliations
- Maintain supplier accounts
- AR and AP function
- Support showroom and reception
- Quoting and scheduling jobs for mobile technicians
- Answering customer calls and enquires via (salesforce)
**About you**
- Display outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
- High attention to detail and display ownership of tasks
- Office Management of 2+years in a similar environment
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and excel
- Ability to problem solve
