This important role supports the development and implementation of initiatives that improve medicine access, continuity of care, and health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Working closely with the Lead Pharmacist – Aboriginal Health, you’ll deliver high-level pharmacy services, lead service improvements, and help drive cultural change within the healthcare system. About You You are a dedicated pharmacist with hospital experience and a passion for improving health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
