We are currently recruiting for experienced E&I Supervisors to join our team in Karratha W.A. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role where your technical expertise is respected, safety is non-negotiable, and you'll have the support to grow your career within a well‐established organisation.
About the Role: As an E&I Supervisor, you'll lead and support teams to deliver safe, high‐quality outcomes across a variety of projects. You'll play a key role in setting standards, mentoring technicians, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to specification.
About You: You're a hands‐on leader who takes pride in your work, leads by example, and thrives in a safety‐first, team‐oriented environment.
To be successful, you'll need:
* WA Electrical License
* Cert III or IV in Instrumentation
* Cert IV Hazardous Areas (EEHA)
* CPR/LVR (within 12 months) and First Aid (within 3 years)
* Construction White Card
* Full Australian Working Rights
* Working at Heights (within 2 years)
* Valid Australian C class Driver's License
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical, along with a drug and alcohol screening
This role is based in Karratha, suitable for local candidates or those willing to relocate.
