The Role
We are expanding and seeking a driven Program Sales Specialist to lead all major Snap‐on sales programs across our territories.
This role is focused on structured, big‐ticket and promotional sales — not day‐to‐day truck account management.
You Will Drive
* Tool Storage & Roll Cab programs
* Diagnostic Equipment & upgrades
* Big ticket workshop equipment
* Hot Tools campaigns
* Pre-order sales programs
* Product launches & demo events
* Rock N Roll toolbox truck initiatives
You will also provide Store Manager relief coverage when required.
This position is designed for someone who enjoys closing larger deals, building excitement around promotions, and driving revenue growth.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Leading program sales
* Identifying and targeting high-value customers
* Running product demonstrations and sales events
* Working alongside Store Managers to increase program penetration
* Maintaining pricing discipline and brand standards
* Stepping into truck leadership when required

* Strong selling and closing skills
* High energy and professional presence
* Confidence discussing premium, high-value products
* Self‐motivated and target‐driven
* Organised and accountable
* Automotive or trade industry experience is advantageous
What's On Offer
* $65,000 base salary
* Uncapped commission structure
