Lead the team. Lift the standard. Shape the future of electrical compliance and safety.
We are seeking two experienced Electrical Inspector Leads to join our Inspectorate Team and play a critical role in delivering safe, high quality electrical inspection outcomes across the Mid-West, Esperance, Pilbara, Remote Communities and Kimberely regions.

These roles will require previous High Voltage (HV) and Solar & Battery systems experience.

These newly created leadership positions will oversee teams of five Inspectors each, providing day to day direction, technical support, and quality oversight to ensure consistent delivery of the Inspection System Plan (ISP).

What You'll Own

* Stay hands-on, conducting inspections and conducting complex investigations with confidence.
* Champion compliance, contribute to refining processes and lifting consistency across all inspections.
* Own daily operations, managing workload, performance, and quality outcomes.
* Cut through complexity, helping Inspectors reach clear, concise compliance decisions.
* Drive continual improvement, participate in strengthening documentation, methodology, and technical discipline.
* Support an evolving leadership model, building a strong and sustainable team culture.

Your Power Skills

* Must meet eligibility requirements to be appointed as an Electrical Inspector in WA.
* Current Electrical Worker's Licence.
* Previous experience as a Designated Electrical Inspector. (Highly desirable)
* Strong working knowledge of Australian Standards and WAER (including AS 3000, AS 2067and other AS/NZS standards relevant to the inspection.) and Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991 governing compliance in Western Australia.
* Demonstrated experience conducting electrical installation inspections and investigations.
* Proven leadership capability - able to guide individuals, uplift team performance, and hold people accountable.
