About the Role
We are seeking a capable and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead financial performance across two established Priceline pharmacies.
This is a hands-on role with genuine influence. You will work closely with the owner and store managers to improve profitability, manage costs, and support key business decisions.
This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable moving beyond reporting into actively identifying issues, recommending actions, and contributing to outcomes.
This role is focused on financial performance and decision support.
It is not a transactional finance position.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver monthly financial reporting with clear insights and practical recommendations
* Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Monitor and actively manage wages as a % of revenue, including overtime and labour efficiency
* Identify and implement cost control and performance improvement initiatives
* Analyse inventory performance (margin, stock turn, GMROI)
* Support financial planning
* Work directly with store managers to improve financial accountability and decision-making
About You
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate ownership, commercial thinking, and the ability to influence outcomes.
You will bring:
* Experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance role with responsibility for reporting and analysis
* Strong capability in financial analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring
* Proven examples of identifying and delivering cost savings or improvements
* Confidence working with and challenging non-financial stakeholders
* Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (MYOB or similar)
