About The Opportunity
We're looking for an enthusiastic Suspension Technician to join our team at Fulcrum Suspensions Arndell Park.
In this role, you'll:
* Perform advanced suspension work including 4x4 lift kits, GVM upgrades, brake upgrades, and performance lowering kits
* Diagnose suspension, steering, and underbody issues and perform repairs and alignments to optimise vehicle performance and safety
* Work hands‐on with our R&D teams, providing feedback and helping shape the next generation of suspension technology
* Support our Fulcrum technicians and apprentices
About You
* Are a qualified automotive mechanic passionate about suspension, 4WDs, and vehicle performance
* Take pride in your presentation and are self‐motivated, solutions‐focused, and passionate about delivering high‐quality service
* Communicate clearly with team members
* Thrive on learning, tackling technical challenges, and staying ahead of automotive trends
