A great new opportunity has been created to join a growing construction business in Brisbane's southside for a Financial Controller to lead a team and drive operational reporting. Working within a positive stable culture you will have mentoring from an experienced CFO and partner with commercial leaders driven and focused to continue strategic growth.
As the Financial Controller you will lead a team to deliver day to day reporting and provide business insights into performance.
* Deliver month end reports
* Manage compliance
* Oversee accounts processing team
* Develop budget and performance reports
* Cashflow management
* Cost control analysis & WIP management
* Drive process improvements
Ideally you will be CA/CPA qualified with proven experience leading an accounting function with exposure in a construction focused environment. An ability to drive business process improvements and communicate results to various stakeholders will be essential to the success in this role.
