What's the role?
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bridge business and technology to deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions within the Business Lending Line of Business. You will work within a cross‑functional Agile squad, partnering closely with Product Owners, UX, Technology and Operations to deliver high‑quality outcomes while applying appropriate risk, compliance and lending frameworks. This role requires strong domain knowledge in Business Lending and the ability to translate complex lending requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
What do I need?
* Tenured experience in business and process analysis in a project or delivery‑oriented environment
* Demonstrated experience in Business Lending, including exposure to end‑to‑end lending processes and internal lending platforms
* Background in financial services, preferably within Business or Commercial Lending
* Experience eliciting, documenting, prioritising and managing requirements across the delivery lifecycle
* Ability to design and facilitate requirements workshops with business and technology stakeholders
* Experience translating business and technical requirements into clear, actionable outcomes
* Experience working in Agile environments, contributing to user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery outcomes
* Exposure to lending facilities and/or securities (highly regarded)
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across business, UX and technology teams
* Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
* Strong team player with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset
