Primary Objective
The QA Monitor is responsible for ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are met and maintained in the business. They are responsible for monitoring compliance systems and providing guidance to other compliance staff and managers to ensure all food compliance systems and policies are met and maintained according to the site operating processes. QA Monitor will also be responsible for performing quality assurance checks to ensure that products meet the required standards. This includes inspecting products and equipment for defects, testing for accuracy and performance, and ensuring that the products and equipment meet all the standards set by the relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in internal audits.
Coach and develop operators on the use of the site quality/information systems.
Monitor usage of site quality/information system to ensure compliance is met.
Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective action.
Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the temperature of production areas to ensure that it stays within the permissible range and adjust if necessary.
Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure compliance is met.
Responsible for checking and verifying the temperature readings taken by other compliance staffs.
Monitor, inspect, and test critical control points (CCPs).
Review and analyse quality management system.
Monitor company operations to identify areas of non-compliance.
