Job Description:
The Recruitment Officer coordinates the entire recruitment process from role identification to onboarding, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of specific job requirements and adhere to established procedures.
In collaboration with Hiring Managers, this individual develops and implements tailored recruitment strategies, fostering effective communication with candidates and driving engagement across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Coordinate the recruitment process from role identification to onboarding, ensuring understanding of specific job requirements and adherence to processes.
* Consult with Hiring Managers to devise effective recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Proactively manage candidates, ensuring clear communication and building talent pools of evaluated individuals.
* Maintain recruitment documentation and achieve individual recruitment KPIs while promoting best practices.
* Collaborate within the HR team, upholding organizational values and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
* Take the lead in handling stakeholder communications, ensuring that concerns are addressed effectively and timely while fostering a culture of trust and collaboration within the work area and beyond.
* Facilitate timely report submission, uphold data integrity according to organizational systems, and partner with managers to advance compliance initiatives.
* Coordinate purchasing processes and resolve any discrepancies in payment schedules.
* Champion a proactive approach to health and safety, review and provide feedback on work area protocols, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent safety standards across tasks and projects.
