The Role:
As Graphic Designer, you'll be instrumental in delivering visually striking and brand-consistent design across a growing national real estate portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, this is a hands-on, creative role where you'll make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing collateral across digital and print for multiple brands
- Support and manage template development within platforms like Realhub and Printforce
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across the franchise network
- Assist franchisees and internal teams through design helpdesk
- Collaborate with external suppliers and agencies to deliver timely, effective campaigns
- Evolve visual assets in line with strategic brand direction
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2–3 years' experience in a dedicated design role (agency or in-house)
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaborative mindset
- Bonus: Experience with Canva, HTML, and Microsoft Suite
- Tertiary qualifications in design, marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
