Senior Brand Governance and Experience Manager
Join our Banking and Financial Services Marketing team as the Senior Brand Governance and Experience Manager at Macquarie Group. This role involves setting the standard for how we present ourselves as a highly regarded and iconic consumer brand through creative experiences within our ecosystem.
This position is offered on a 12-month contract basis.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy, you will lead efforts to uphold brand integrity and consistency by applying guidelines, monitoring risk policies, and embedding our brand strategy into customer experiences and digital ecosystems.
Your responsibilities include designing and implementing a brand governance framework, managing brand health and advertising tracking, overseeing customer advocacy programs, and handling budgets, contracts, and subscriptions related to creative resources.
You will also guide internal teams on brand presentation and collaborate across functions to integrate brand strategy into experience design, engineering, and product development, aligning with our goal to position as a technology-driven financial services provider.
Qualifications
* Experience in strategic governance roles, with a focus on risk management and brand oversight across ecosystems.
* Ability to collaborate with strategic marketers on planning, messaging, and marketing application to enhance brand and customer outcomes.
* Proven experience working with creative teams and influencing cross-functional colleagues.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate ambiguity.
