To ensure we can continue our pioneering work in this future-defining field, our IT team is currently looking for an Agile Quality Manager. What awaits you? You will be responsible for defining testing objectives, selecting appropriate testing methodologies and creating detailed test plans that cover all aspects of the contract management system. You will be responsible for resolving issues that may arise during the testing phase, ensuring that the project remains on track and that any defects are addressed promptly. You will be responsible for guiding the project team on best practices for quality assurance, ensuring understanding of responsibilities in the testing process and the importance of delivering high-quality software. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting reports on testing metrics, risks, and overall project health. You will drive and manage the delivery of change packages into the UAT environment. Qualifications & Experience A tertiary qualification required with PMP accreditation or equivalent Agile certified scrum master considered highly advantageous. Proven experience within the Financial Services or Automotive Industry, with a background in IT Project Delivery or Change Management. Strong knowledge and proficiency using Agile and Agile Tool Chain (ATC) – Confluence, Jira and Xray with exposure to operations and maintenance of test automation tools. Skilled in stakeholder management, with a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information and reporting to diverse stakeholder groups. Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure the highest standards of accuracy and quality. What do we offer?
