JRM Resources is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Safety Advisor to join our team at the Newmont Boddington site. This full-time position is a key role within our operations, responsible for fostering a safe, compliant, and people-focused work environment.

What you'll be doing
* Leading and conducting site inspections, audits, and proactive risk assessments
* Developing, reviewing, and executing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) to ensure safe movement of vehicles, mobile plant, and personnel
* Conducting traffic flow assessments and ensuring controls are effective and compliant
* Delivering on-the-ground safety coaching, mentoring, and toolbox talks
* Facilitating investigations and ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions
* Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation to meet internal and client requirements
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant WHS legislation, standards, and site obligations
* Working closely with project managers, supervisors, and crews to build and sustain a strong safety culture
* Championing continuous improvement and promoting safe work behaviour across all workgroups
What we're looking for
* A qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Safety Advisor or Safety Officer role within mining, civil, or mobile plant environments
* Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management, traffic management requirements, and incident investigation
* Experience in civil works and/or mobile plant operations is highly regarded
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, engage, and build trust
* Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
* A proactive mindset and genuine passion for safety leadership and workforce wellbeing
* Ability to work collaboratively within a small, supportive HSE team
