Legal Solutions Advisor – Australia (Top Law Firms & Court Tech Integration)
Bono Network is reimagining how contracts are understood, negotiated, and enforced. Our product, Arbiter (hirearbiter.com), ingests any agreement and returns lawyer-grade summaries, redlines, and risk insights, instantly. We’re founder-led, moving rapid, and opening the Australian market across top firms and the digital courts ecosystem. Why this role matters. Australia sets standards quickly: when top firms move, the market follows. Your mandate is simple and ambitious: turn first meetings at leading firms into 30-day pilots, and turn those pilots into 50–100+ seat rollouts. In parallel, you’ll help explore integrations and partnerships around digital court services. You won’t be handed a script; you’ll co-write the playbook with the founder and shape how AI enters daily practice here.
What you’ll actually do
In your first month, you’ll map priority firms and decision-makers, open senior conversations, and run demos that move a room from curiosity to conviction. You’ll scope pilots with crisp success criteria, keep cadence with partners and practice leads, and negotiate commercial terms that scale from one team to the whole practice. As deals land, you’ll feed Australian-specific workflows back to product and help structure alliances that accelerate adoption (bar/CPD bodies, insurers, CLMs, court-adjacent platforms).
Who thrives here
You’re a qualified lawyer (Australia) or a legal-tech operator who knows how big‑firm decisions actually get made. You carry credibility into a managing partner’s office, can talk workflow with KM/Innovation, and can sit with a CIO at 4pm to clear security and data questions. You write crisply, demo with confidence, and love the 0→1 phase because it rewards people who take ownership and deliver outcomes.

You’ll be among the first hires shaping the Australian franchise, working directly with the CEO, influencing the roadmap, and earning a path to leadership as we scale. We optimise for mastery (deep product support), autonomy (you run the motion), and purpose (faster, fairer, more transparent justice). If you close, you win big: we pay for realised value and transition successful closers into salary + commission + equity.
Compensation & upside
We keep incentives clean and high-leverage. In the ramp period (typically 3–6 months), the role is commission-only with 20–25% of Year-1 ARR on new logos, meaningful pilot/logo bonuses, and 10% on early seat expansions. After your first close, you can transition to salary + commission + equity. (We’ll walk through exact numbers and local currency in the first call.)
