Reporting into the National Payroll Manager, your role will include:
- Analysing and evaluation of the current business workplace to assist in creating, providing input, and assist in developing the Workforce Planning Strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives (including systems implementations)
- Adopt a Digital first & technological focus to building the workforce planning craft & capability strategy.
- Analyse trends and data to deliver business solutions for managing the payroll expenditure.
- Assist in driving operational excellence, by influencing at all levels a mindset that embraces productivity principles and tools to create sustainable improvements within our business.
- Develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.
- Triage and attend to daily requisitions on aspects of system pay interpretations and functionality.
- Ensure accuracy and completion of parallel testing in accordance with complex EBA and Award Interpretations.
- Other ad hoc tasks
**The Successful Applicant**:

- Strong attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exposure to Kronos or UKG dimensions will be beneficial but is not a prerequisite
