Business Development and Sales Opportunities
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Asia-Pacific.
The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background in the banking and financial services industry with a proven track record of individual success in dynamic sales environments.
* Develop existing accounts in APAC, seeking out new opportunities and logos while working alongside other business development colleagues.
* Generate new business and meet sales targets by executing specific sales campaigns through prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects highlighting the benefits and features of our various solutions.
* Evaluate competition, analyze the market, and think laterally to target opportunities for growth in APAC while staying informed about industry trends and competitors.
* Utilize commercial acumen to define and maximize opportunities.
* Attend networking events, conferences, and travel to clients as necessary.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in e-learning, classroom, and/or custom sales embedded within learning solutions.
* A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding personal sales targets in a B2B environment.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
* Proven experience in sales, especially in solution selling to the financial markets sector.
* Exceptional personal drive.
* Ability to work independently to meet and exceed targets with a strong history of achieving and surpassing individual sales objectives.
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral), organizational skills, and attention to detail.
