We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the delivery of estate maintenance and operations services.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the effective execution of all maintenance and minor capital works within contract scope.
* Lead a team comprising works managers, maintenance technicians, and specialist subcontractors to deliver services safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
* Coordinate performance-based, scheduled, and responsive maintenance activities across multiple locations.
* Optimize the deployment of shared trade resources across multiple locations to meet planned maintenance requirements.
* Work in a complex and sensitive defence environment, demonstrating strong leadership, organisational capability, and adaptability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
Requirements
* Experience in business management, administration, or relevant qualifications or experience.
* Desirable technical expertise or trade qualifications in building, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.
* Experience in facility management, maintenance engineering/planning, environmental & heritage management, and project management.
* High computer literacy, including experience with computerised maintenance management systems, Microsoft Office, and company-specific databases and online systems.
* Business management experience, including finance, admin, and quality assurance.
* Ability to obtain or hold a defence security clearance.
