Key Responsibilities:
* Hair Services:
* Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and hair concerns.
* Shampoo, condition, and blow-dry hair.
* Perform hair cutting techniques including trims, layers, and texturizing.
* Apply hair color services like highlights, ombre, and balayage.
* Style hair for various occasions including updos, braids, and curls.
* Provide advice on hair care products and maintenance routines.
* Beauty Services:
* Conduct skin consultations to assess client needs
* Perform facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, and mask application
* Offer waxing services for various body areas
* Provide nail services like manicures, pedicures, and gel polish applications
* May offer additional services like eyelash tinting, eyebrow shaping, or spray tanning
* Customer Service:
* Greet clients warmly and build rapport
* Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
* Provide personalized service and recommendations based on client consultation
* Manage appointment scheduling and client records
* Address client concerns and complaints professionally
* Operational Duties:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
