Hudson Global Resources is searching for a Recruitment Team Leader to join our Customer Success team in a highly visible, fast-paced role. The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for expertly managing and taking ownership of the recruitment process end-to-end and leading a team of recruitment specialists. In addition, they must have an in-depth understanding of the ever-changing landscape of recruitment, to promote and offer meaningful solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of recruitment specialists to promote a culture of collaboration while maximizing performance and encouraging their professional growth
- Manage the recruitment process from beginning to end and ensure recruitment strategies align with the culture and values of the organization
- Proactively monitor trends in recruiting for developing best fit hiring solutions
- Generate reports and monitor the performance of recruitment team and recommend any improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve and update recruitment policies and procedures
- Maintain and build relationships for attracting quality talent
- Facilitate new hire onboarding process and manage the transition of new hires into the organization
- Remain current on all hiring laws and regulations
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment team leadership or management role
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding success metrics around recruitment goals
- Proven track record of developing, building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors
- Extensive knowledge in best practices in recruiting
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
