Overview
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you'll design and deliver training programs that support Australia's largest biosecurity initiative, the National Fire Ant Eradication Program.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging workshops, webinars, and induction programs tailored to frontline workforce needs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop innovative solutions.
* Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to align with program goals and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Current unrestricted 'C' class driver's licence and willingness to travel to depots.
* Highly developed organisational skills with ability to prioritise under tight deadlines.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience.
* Strong oral and written communication, high technological literacy, positive attitude.
