About the Role
As a Graphic Designer at Bainbridge®, you will take direction from our Sales and Brand Development Manager to support the Senior Designers in delivering high-quality visual content across our growing agricultural and pet product range and marketing initiatives.
You will contribute to the creation of engaging packaging, catalogues, and digital marketing materials, while supporting our product photography, lifestyle shoots and video campaigns.
Working with our Senior Designers, you will refine your wholesale and retail design skills across a diverse range of print and digital platforms. This collaborative environment is designed to support your professional growth while incorporating your creative perspective and technical expertise.
Experience or knowledge in the agricultural and pet industries is not essential but is highly regarded.
What we are looking for
· Diverse and Creative Portfolio:
A body of work demonstrating high-quality design across various platforms
· Adobe Creative Suite Expertise:
Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat.
· Industry Experience:
3+ years of professional graphic design experience. Experience within a wholesale or retail design environment is not essential but is highly regarded.
· Technical Packaging Knowledge:
Experience with packaging design and the creation of production-ready dielines.
· Organisation & Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting key production deadlines.
· Collaborative & Growth-Oriented:
A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to take direction, apply feedback, and a genuine enthusiasm for professional development.
Desirable (but not essential) Experience:
· Catalogue Design and Management
· Social Media Marketing
· Familiarity with Mailchimp
· Video Production and Editing
· Basic Web Development
What you will be doing
· Designing print and digital marketing materials
· Designing POS for in-store promotions
· Designing product packaging and dielines
· Creating and assisting with EDM campaigns via Mailchimp
· Creating and assisting with Catalogue Management
· Providing website content and updates
· Collaborating with Senior Designers on various projects and campaigns
· Assisting with Product Photography
· Assisting with Video Production
