This sales operation role is designed to support and assist Market Managers with day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments involved in assigned projects. Responsibilities include resolving all issues related to accounting, allotment, notification, cancellations, price adjustments, and product polish, while maintaining timely and accurate delivery of daily work to meet given targets. You will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with the corresponding team to achieve goals, providing effective suggestions to improve current systems and tools, and managing assigned and ad-hoc tasks. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field, experience in hospitality (desired), fluency in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills, fast learning capability, ability to work independently, dynamic and positive attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
