With a strong focus on safety, planning and operational excellence, MAX Services is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator, based in our Port Augusta Depot, to support our growing operations team,
About the Role:
You'll be reporting directly to the Operations Manager, and are responsible for coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate systems and supporting the end-to-end "quote to completion" process across our operations.
This is a fast-paced, detail driven role suited to someone who thrives on structure, organisation and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and scheduling assets (including transport) and personnel to align with operational requirements
* Controlling and maintaining accurate system records of all job allocations
* Championing the "quote to completion" process.
* Liaising with service providers to ensure optimal asset allocation
* Coordinating with Operations Supervisors to match qualified employees with appropriate tasks and equipment
* Reporting to the Operations Manager on all operational and performance management matters
* Maximising workforce productivity through efficient and strategic staff allocation
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture aligned with company values.

Ideal Experience:
* Previous experience in heavy lifting, transport, logistics or a similar operational environment
* Demonstrated scheduling/coordination experience
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Experience in Fleet Management software and programs (FCC preferred)
