Job Title

Credit Operations Specialist


We are seeking a Credit Operations Specialist to manage daily credit activities, including collections and reviewing credit limits. The role requires close collaboration with clients, branch teams, and management to ensure accounts are well-maintained and credit risks are minimized.



Key Responsibilities:



* Collections – Direct contact with clients involving high value transactions.

* Managing Credit Limits – Reviewing and preparing submissions for limit increases or assisting clients within their existing credit limit.

* Producing Daily Reports





About You


To be successful in this role, you will need:



* A solid understanding of debt recovery processes.

* Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing.

* Proficiency in MS Office.

* The ability to make informed decisions based on available data and take decisive action.

* Integrity and honesty in all interactions.

* Strong performance management skills, including monitoring and escalating issues when necessary.

* Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse individuals.
