Transformation Leader

Our client is a prominent research and learning institution currently implementing a Salesforce solution across the entire organization, to consolidate systems and improve processes.
They have a requirement for a Transformation Leader to support the change team in the design, development, delivery, and management of program engagement and communications.
What your day will look like:

* Lead and conduct change impact analysis, assess change readiness, related risks and mitigations, and identify key stakeholders that require continuous engagement through a human-centric design approach.
">
* Provide input to and support the design and delivery of training programs.
">
* Lead and manage end-user engagement with upcoming changes through communications, collaboration, workshops, and change impact assessment sessions.
">
* Consult and coach project teams.
">
* Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers:
">
">
o Engagement and communications plan,
">
o Sponsor roadmap,
">
o Coaching plan,
">
o Training plan,
">
o Resistance management plan.
">
">
* Manage and influence stakeholders, taking them on the change journey and providing support throughout the change lifecycle.
">
">
Key Skills Required:
">
A solid understanding of how people experience change and the change lifecycle with proven hands-on experience within a complex organizational structure.
Experience in a senior change role within a large enterprise-wide transformation.
Experience in workshop design/co-design and facilitation.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to unpick challenges and collaborate with complex stakeholders/groups.

Flexible work arrangement available: 3 days on-site/2 days work from home (may be negotiable).
