About the Opportunity
In this hands-on role, you will work within our busy grain processing and warehousing environment, to support production deadlines and ensure customer deliveries are completed safely and to the highest standards.
More specifically, you will:
* Support customer service standards by providing professional and timely assistance.
* Ensure customer orders are delivered safely and efficiently.
* Load customer vehicles/trucks.
* Transfer and outload bulk materials.
* Complete accurate reporting, checklists, and labelling of materials.
* Maintain warehouse stock control and assist with stocktaking.
* Carry out general housekeeping duties.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Previous experience in a similar warehouse or retail operations role.
* Customer service focus with a strong safety mindset.
* Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
* Can do attitude with ability to problem solve.
* A current Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain).
* Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods, if required.
