About the Role
A new full time opportunity sits within their growing Defendant Insurance practice group, with responsibilities including:
* Managing diaries and emails
* Coordinating travel arrangements
* Client liaison
* Drafting correspondence, documents and preparing presentations
* Brief preparation
* Preparing and amending court documents
* File management
* Time recording and billing
* Debtor control
* Conducting conflict searches
* Dictation
What We're Looking For
* A friendly personality and a true team player
* An experienced Legal Assistant (Intermediate - Senior)
* Background in Insurance or Corporate Litigation
* Strong discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Hardworking with a high level of professionalism
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
