Allvent Ventilation is a leading Australian supplier of high-quality ventilation products, proudly servicing customers nationwide. We're growing fast and are looking for a detail‑oriented bookkeeper to join our administration team.
About the Role
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working across multiple areas of bookkeeping and administration. You'll work closely with our internal sales, warehouse, and management teams to ensure the smooth running of daily financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Bank reconciliations and daily transaction processing
* Managing debtor follow‑ups and supplier payments
* Processing invoices, purchase orders and credits
* BAS preparation assistance
* Payroll support (optional depending on experience)
* Maintaining accurate financial records
* Assisting with general admin duties as required
What We're Looking For
* Strong understanding of Netsuite or similar accounting software
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Strong communication and time‑management skills
* Experience in a wholesale or trade environment is a bonus but not essential
